What is Included

Fee includes 10’ X 10’ space, a draped 6’ X 2’ table, two folding chairs, booth identification sign, electricity by request only and one complimentary conference registration for a single booth or two complimentary conference registrations for a double booth. If you need additional personnel to staff the booth, you must register each of them separately for the conference. Your company name will be listed on the VAGHC Mobile App.

Audiovisual needs and exhibit services: 

An email confirmation will be sent to exhibitors that will provide specific information about ancillary services and the necessary forms to meet the needs of exhibitors, including guidance on how to order audiovisual equipment, modem access and additional furnishing for the exhibit booth.

Set-up and take-down times: 

Exhibit set-up will be on Wednesday, Nov. 13. Your exhibit space must be set up by prior to the opening reception, and it must remain assembled until 9 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 15. You are responsible for the assembly and disassembly of your exhibit and any supplies and personnel required for assembly and disassembly.
